Dear Guests,

taking into consideration the global effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, Carnival Cruise Line has decided to cancel the following cruises:

  • All sailings through and including 11.05.2020
  • All Alaska sailings through and including 30.06.2020
  • All sailings from San Francisco through 2020
  • All sailings with Carnival Radiance through and including 01.11.2020
  • All sailings with Carnival Legend through and including 30.10.2020

All affected guests or their travel agencies will be contacted individually with all information and details regarding cancellation and rebooking.

We ask for your kind understanding that in these exceptional circumstances it will take us longer than normal to respond to your inquiries. We are determined to settle your requests as soon as possible.

 

For all cruises departing from May 12, 2020 we offer the following flexible options:

Guests who want to keep their booking:

  • Guests who choose to keep their booking as currently scheduled for departures between 12.05.2020 and 31.05.2020will receive the following Onboard Credit (OBC) amounts automatically and do not need to contact us. Valid for bookings made no later than 05.03.2020:
    • $50 per cabin for 2 day cruises
    • $100 per cabin for 3 and 4 day cruises
    • $150 per cabin for 5 day cruises
    • $200 per cabin for 6 day and longer cruises
       
  • Guests who choose to keep their booking as currently scheduled for departures between 01.06.2020 and 30.09.2020will receive the following Onboard Credit (OBC) amounts automatically and do not need to contact us. Valid for bookings made no later than 10.03.2020:
    • $50 per cabin for 2 day to 5 day cruises
    • $100 per cabin for 6 day and longer cruises
       

Guests who want to change their booking:

  • For all departures until 30.09.2020, if you decide to change vacation plans, we will allow to move the booking to a new date and receive a Future Cruise Credit (FCC)* in the amount of the non-refundable cancellation fee:
    • Departures May 2020: Move your booking to a future date no later than 30 days prior to departure, departure of the new cruise no later than one year after the original departure. Valid for bookings made no later than 05.03.2020.
    • Departures June – September 2020: Move your booking to a future date no later than 30 days prior to departure, departure of the new cruise no later than one year after the original departure. Valid for bookings made no later than 10.03.2020.

*The Future Cruise Credit (FCC) is non-transferable, cannot be used as a deposit or applied to a chartered sailing and has no cash value. The FCC may only be used towards the cruise fare of one booking in the same currency in which the original voyage was originally paid and cannot be used for taxes, fees and port expenses, onboard charges or gratuities.The booking guest shall be responsible for payment of the difference between the amount of the FCC and the amount of the new booking. If the amount of the new cruise is less than the amount of the FCC, the difference will be credited as non-refundable onboard credit for cancelled departures from March to May 2020 with a maximum of 500 USD onboard credit per cabin. For cancelled departures from June onwards, the difference will not be credited as onboard credit.  Any additional unused portion of the FCC will be forfeited.
